Keto Fat Bombs
This recipe is quick and easy with no actually cooking required; just mixing. With minimal ingredients, this recipe is perfect for upping your fat content for the day, and makes for the perfect side dish or appetizer!
This recipe is a fast one. Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature before you begin mixing, otherwise you’re in for one heck of a ride trying to mix a brick of cream cheese fresh out of the fridge!
Add cream cheese, sour cream and may to a mixing bowl. Chop up the chives and radishes and add to mixing bowl. Don’t forget the salt!
Pro Tip: use a chopper to quickly chop the chives and radishes

Now that you’ve finished the recipe, it’s time to eat! I like to serve this dip with celery – the creaminess goes well with a crunch! Also, I like to prep a few celery stalks in advance for easy access.
