Ingredients
  • 1lb ground chicken
  • 1/2cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1/4tsp pepper
Instructions
  1. Line a baking sheet with tin foil and parchment paper
  2. Add cheeses and spices to ground chicken and mix
  3. Form a log shape, place on baking sheet and spread evenly
  4. Bake at 425 for 35 minutes. This will create a nice crispy crust
  5. Optional: brush crust with olive oil immediately after removing from oven
  6. Add your favorite pizza sauce and toppings; bake for another 10-12 minutes (until cheese is visually appealing to you)
  7. Enjoy!
