Ingredients
  • 4cups unsalted pecans
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup erythritol
Instructions
  1. Melt the butter in a medium microwave-safe bowl
  2. Add the vanilla, erythritol, cayenne pepper, salt and cinnamon to the melted butter mixture
  3. Add the 4 cups of pecans and mix well
  4. Pour the pecans on a large baking sheet. Be sure to line the baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper
  5. Bake at 325 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Watch closely, they will easily turn dark and burn
  6. Allow them to completely cool before you handle them. The sugar-free candy coating will harden once it has completely cooled
  7. Store in an airtight container on the countertop & enjoy!
