Ingredients
  • 1heads cauliflower
  • 1/4teaspoon salt
  • 2tablespoons butteroptional
  • 1/4 cup cream cheeseoptional
  • 1/4teaspoon garlic powderoptional
Instructions
  1. Bring large pot of water to a boil; salt water

  2. Clean cauliflower and chop up florets
  3. Place florets into boiling water; boil until easily pierced with a fork; about 8-12 minutes
  4. Once cooked, drain cauliflower and transfer to food processor
  5. Add salt and desired optional ingredients
  6. Mix until desired texture is reached
