Ingredients
  • 1cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup almond milkSilk – 30 calorie/ 1 net carb
  • 3bags Pasta Zero fettuccine
  • 3/4tsp Hungarian paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Bring heavy cream & almond milk to a simmer in a sauce pan; add cream cheese & melt (this should be done at a medium-low heat)
  2. To your heavy cream & cream cheese, add cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika & black pepper; stir until combined. Remove from heat and set aside
  3. Bring 24oz salted water to a boil at high heat; add drained Pasta Zero & boil for 10 minutes
  4. Drain your pasta & add to cheese mixture; stir to combine & enjoy!
