Ingredients
  • 1/3cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 slice provolone
  • 1/4cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup almond milk30 calorie; 1 net carb
  • 1/2tsp Hungarian paprika
  • 1/4tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1/4tsp pepper
  • 2bags Pasta Zero
  • 1/2cup crumbled bacon
Instructions
Cheese Sauce
  1. Place pan on burner, bringing almond milk and heavy cream to a simmer on medium heat
  2. Once liquids are simmering, add your cheeses. Stir while cheese is melting to prevent caking
  3. Add spices. Add paprika salt and pepper to cheese mix; stir until combined
Pasta (Miracle Noodles)
  1. Bring 4 cups of water to boil & add salt to water
  2. Open pasta and drain; rinse thoroughly
  3. Boil for 15 minutes; this helps tenderize the noodles
  4. Remove from heat and drain. Add to cheese sauce mixture & combine
  5. Optional: cut pasta with kitchen sheers
Time To Bake!
  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Coat small casserole dish or bread pan with nonstick cooking spray
  3. Add mac and cheese to pan
  4. Top with bacon and shredded cheddar cheese
  5. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes; after 2o minutes, Remove from oven and let sit 10 minutes
  6. Enjoy!
